Receipts are archived as PDF files. Each PDF contains the original receipt data, signature, cash received/disbursed, all scanned check images and scanned ID images. If you do not currently use an imaging vendor, then we provide an integrated archive search mechanism. You can search archived receipts by exact date, exact time, date/time range, full and partial member numbers, and full/partial teller numbers. A unique automatic search mechanism narrows search results as you type in search criteria.
WyReceipts is designed to work easily with DSAVE, ImageSoft or other common imaging systems.
